Wachusett Respiratory Care Unit (formerly known as Wachusett Extended Care Facility) at Holden Rehab is a premiere provider for medically complex residents and proud to be the most experienced Chronic Ventilator Facility in the central Massachusetts area. Our brand new state of the art unit has 41 beds. We have been caring for ages 22 to geriatric with complex needs for over 20 years.
