Oriol Health Care offers a number of community and wellness programs, many free and open to the public.
Oriol at Home provides Companions and Aides for the local community. From an hour a week to an hour or more each day; we can visit and engage with you or a loved one in a card game, a gentle walk outside, do a little light housekeeping, prep a meal or just sit and chat. This is a wonderful way to remain social and a bit active when you are concerned about social isolation. Gift certificates are available.
Oriol Health Care is happy to offer a chance for our family to take care of yours through our respite stay program. Enroll your loved one in our short stay respite program at either Holden Rehabilitation or Oakdale Rehabilitation. While the caregiver has a period of rest, we will care for your parent, spouse or loved one. Included in the program are daily activities, meals, laundry, a complete physical therapy assessment, a nutritional assessment and round-the-clock care. Our guest will also be treated to a manicure and a visit with our hairdresser/barber before going home refreshed!
Join us at Holden Rehabilitation for our monthly Diabetes Education & Support Group. These monthly meetings are being provided to help the general public and our residents with their questions and concerns about diabetes and diabetes management. A light meal will be provided. This group is free and open to the public, residents and their families. Reservations are appreciated. Offered March through May and September through November.
